I was brought onto the team to perform as a Senior Business Anlayst and shadow the primary Product Manager on the team whilst contributing technical expertise given my background in software engineering.
My responsibilities included facilitating technical requirements gathering workshops, corresponding and maintaing a close relationship with the client, and leading the engineering and QA team in cocreating technical architecture solutions and roadmaps.
As the project was largely discovery-based, there was tremendous throughput required by the team as requirements and expectations of the project changed frequently based on stakeholder and customer needs. Stand-up was held twice a week and co-led by the product manager and I.
We initially received the prompt for the product's requirements and began further digging and redefining what the solidified requirements were by conducting over 8 workshops with all the stakeholders involved. This fostered cross-functional collaboration and produced an in-depth understanding of the technical architecture and the overall design of the product.
