As a part of Canada's Innovation Hub, I joined as a Junior Innovation Desginer where I supported engagement leads in delivering technical and business presentations and workshops to C-suite and exectuive Accenture clients generating Accenture's Digital Practice with consistent revenue and a supply of curated product strategy opportunities.
I desigened and facilitated design thinking workshops, consolidated and synthesized product strategy deliverables, and used data science techniques to support data-driven decision making.
Clients would often reach out to Accenture with a variety of pain points and before being given an immediate solution, they are sent to the Canada Innovation Hub team in order to diagnose and assess the needs of the client and their cusotmers. The clients would then be taken through a series of senior stakeholder interviews, cocreation sessions and, sometimes multiple, design thinking workshops in order to conjure a product roadmap.
Occasionally, a product plan would require some data-driven insights and rapid prototyping however, they would then be funneled to other parts of the firm for development and shipment.
